Dr Laura Beretta

Laura Beretta advises companies on EU Trade & Customs Law, including excise duties, EU export controls, trade sanctions/embargoes and customs law matters. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience at the SDA Bocconi University in Milan as well as in in other international teaching programmes. Professionally based in Brussels, she routinely works also in Spanish and in French in addition to Italian, her native language, and she has more than 20 publications in leading international journals in the trade & customs field. She has been in the Trade Contact Group discussing the amendments of the EU customs legislation with the European Commission and the EU Member States, in representation of CONFIAD, the European Association of Customs Brokers. Laura will teach this course on Origin.
